Ashley is the Senior Pastor of Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV). CCV reaches over 50,000 in weekly attendance across 18 campuses and has become one of the top 3 largest and fastest-growing churches in the country. Ashley’s background is unique because he combines a Bible college degree and seminary with an MBA.  Prior to joining CCV, he spent a decade leading in the corporate world, most of that time at the Intel Corporation.  His combination of real-world leadership experience, a passion for God’s word, and love for people allows him to connect in a very relevant and impactful way. 

Ashley and his wife, Jaime, have been married for 25 years and have three daughters that are the joy of their life.
